1.Purpose

CREAZIONE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) believes that protecting the valuable personal information of our customers is the responsibility of a company in the information society. 2.Definitions

(3)　Whether customers provide their personal information to the Company is at their discretion. Please note that if you choose not to provide your personal information, some of the services mentioned in this document may not be available.

4.Collection of Personal Information

When we collect personal information from customers, such as for responding to inquiries or consultations, we request the minimum necessary information within the scope of the intended purpose.

5.Non-Disclosure of Personal Information

Except as provided in Article 23 of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will not disclose personal information entrusted by customers to third parties under the following circumstances:
When required by law.
・When it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, and obtaining the individual’s consent is difficult.
・When a national agency, local government, or a person entrusted by them needs cooperation in performing duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual’s consent may hinder the performance of such duties.
・When the individual has given prior consent.

6.Confidentiality Agreements with Cooperative Companies when Providing or Entrusting

When we outsource all or part of our business to external companies, we carefully select these companies based on their ability to appropriately protect personal information and have established a management system to ensure the strict control of customer’s personal information.

7.Response to Requests for Use Suspension, Deletion, etc., from Customers

Customers can request disclosure, correction, or the cessation of our use, provision, or entrustment of their personal information by contacting our inquiry desk.
